התפריט עשיר והוא כולל :
4 מנות פתיחה
2 מנות פסטה טרייה (או מנת פסטה ומנת ריזוטו)
מנה עיקרית לצד תוספת
קינוחים מפנקים
חלק מהבישול נעשה במקום לכן בנוסף לארוחה ישנה גם אינטראקציה , אפשר להשתתף בהכנת הפסטה או לצפות במסימיליאנו מכין, אפשרי גם להפתיע את האהוב/ה שיפתח למסימיליאנו את הדלת וההכנה תעשה ביחד.
חלק מהמנות מוגשות למרכז השולחן וחלקן מוגשות בצילחות אישי .
מסימיליאנו מגיע אליכם עם חומרי הגלם וכלי הבישול, מסימיליאנו מאוד חברותי וכריזמתי והחוויה היא מיוחדת ובלתי נשכחת
